Websites and pricing
How much does a website cost?
Launch is $3,500, Growth is $5,500, Professional is $8,500, and Custom / Commerce starts at $12,500 with the final price set by a written scope.
What is the difference between the packages?
Page count and depth of planning and design. Launch is up to 5 pages, Growth up to 8 with a page-by-page conversion plan, Professional up to 12 with a more custom design treatment. Custom / Commerce is scoped to your needs.
Do I have to write my own content?
You supply text and photos and we organize and edit them for the site. New writing is a paid add-on at $175 per page.
Does a package include a contact form?
Every package includes a contact page with your business details and a clear call to action. Base packages do not include a hosted form or lead-capture system. A standard booking, CRM, payment or lead-form integration is $500 each.
What does it cost to add more pages?
Additional pages are $200 each.
What is not included in a package?
Domain registration, hosting and CDN fees, third-party software subscriptions and payment-processor fees are yours. Licensed or stock photography beyond what is supplied or created in the project is separate, and ongoing edits after launch are not included.
Process, payment and ownership
How does the process work?
Four stages: Discovery, Build, Review and Launch. You review a staged site before anything is public.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit begins the project and the 50% balance is due before the site is released to production. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Who owns the website, domain and hosting?
You do. We deploy to your own domain and hosting accounts and hand off access at launch.
Can I keep making edits after launch?
Ongoing edits are not part of a package. Website Care is available monthly: Essential Care at $99, Growth Care at $179 and Priority Care at $299, with 30, 60 and 120 minutes of minor content edits. Unused minutes do not roll over.
What does a rush delivery cost?
Rush delivery adds 35% of the package plus add-ons.
Search visibility
Do you guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or AI citations?
No. No one can honestly guarantee those. Every site includes a technical SEO foundation, and the search visibility projects are fixed-scope work on what can be verified from your site.
Do you sell an ongoing SEO retainer?
Not yet. The one-time projects are what Nebula Forge delivers and can measure. Ask if you want to be told when monitoring is available.
What is the Digital Presence Audit?
A $349 one-time, prepaid review of how your business appears and works online, with prioritized findings. It does not include implementation.
