THE PROCESS
You see it before the world does.
Four stages, one staged site. Nothing is published to your live domain until you have approved it and the balance is paid.
- 01
Discovery
What you do
- Complete the written intake on your business, audience, goals and call to action.
- Supply your text, photos, logo and colors.
What we do
- Review the intake and plan the site against your package.
- Growth adds a page-by-page plan; Professional adds a sitemap, messaging outline and conversion plan; Custom starts with scoping session(s) and a written scope before any build.
- 02
Build
What you do
- Answer questions as they come up.
What we do
- Design and build your site against the chosen package on a staged site.
- Organize and edit your content, and run responsive, accessibility and SEO-foundation checks.
- 03
Review
What you do
- Review the staged site and request revisions. Launch and Growth include 2 rounds; Professional includes 3; an extra round is $300.
What we do
- Apply your revisions and complete the pre-launch checks.
- 04
Launch
What you do
- Approve the staged site and pay the 50% balance.
- Hold your own domain and hosting accounts.
What we do
- After approval and balance payment, deploy to your own domain and hosting and hand off access.
- Nothing is published to your live domain before then.
The order of things.
We do not promise fixed durations. Timing depends on the package, on how quickly content and feedback arrive, and on the scope. The order does not change.
