1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Atlas Business OS and related services provided by Nebula Forge, LLC (“Nebula Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Atlas, you agree to these Terms. If you use Atlas for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
2. Atlas services
Atlas is a business organization and workflow platform designed to help users manage campaigns, creative projects, assets, and authorized platform connections. Features may be released, changed, limited, or discontinued as the product develops.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, safeguarding your account access, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. You may not attempt to access another person’s account or use Atlas to bypass a third-party platform’s security or authorization requirements.
4. Connected services
Atlas may allow you to connect third-party services, including social platforms. You choose whether to authorize each connection. Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service’s own terms and policies. Atlas will request only the permissions needed for enabled features, and you may revoke a connection through Atlas or the third-party service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content and business information you provide. You grant Nebula Forge a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services you choose to use. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide or publish the content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Atlas to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious software, mislead others, obtain unauthorized access, automate prohibited behavior, or violate the rules of a connected service. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.
7. Intellectual property
Nebula Forge owns Atlas, its software, design, documentation, and branding, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Atlas or grant rights to use Nebula Forge trademarks without written permission.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Atlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business results, or continued availability of third-party integrations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nebula Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by a third-party service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount paid for Atlas during the twelve months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Atlas and revoke connected services at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or preserve platform security.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as Atlas develops. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice method when required.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Applicable consumer protections remain unaffected.
