This Privacy Policy explains how Nebula Forge, LLC (“Nebula Forge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Atlas Business OS.
1. Information we may collect
- Account and contact information you provide.
- Business information, campaigns, projects, files, and preferences you choose to place in Atlas.
- Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Information from a third-party platform only after you authorize a connection, subject to the permissions displayed during authorization.
2. TikTok and other connected services
If you connect TikTok or another platform, Atlas may receive basic account identifiers, authorization tokens, and content or publishing information needed for the specific features you enable. Atlas does not receive your third-party password. We do not publish, modify, or delete platform content without an authorized feature and an action approved through the applicable workflow.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, maintain authorized connections, organize business workflows, secure and troubleshoot Atlas, communicate about the service, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate Atlas, with connected platforms when you direct Atlas to perform an authorized action, when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not share information with third parties for their independent advertising purposes.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Development and sandbox data may be removed sooner.
7. Your choices and requests
You may disconnect a third-party service through its account settings or the available Atlas controls. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing us. We may need to verify the request before acting.
8. Children
Atlas is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. United States operations
Nebula Forge is based in Tennessee, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy as Atlas develops. The effective date will identify the current version, and material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice method when required.
